Checks whether a URL is already in Google's index via GSC URL Inspection.

Leave URL blank and upload a CSV (a url column) to batch-check many URLs as a background run.

GSC URL Inspection is the authoritative "is this already indexed" — needs a verified property + a service-account JSON granted read access. Diagnostics mode only checks whether the page blocks indexing (noindex, robots.txt, canonical); it does not answer whether Google has indexed the page. We never scrape Google.
